Inn Building :
Located across the street from our private beach and the amenities building, this building is surrounded by an all-purpose field and the outdoor pool. The Inn Building contains no lake view rooms. Standard rooms are generously sized with two double beds and a full bathroom. Family Suites consist of two bedrooms that share one full bathroom. Each family suite has a combination of four double beds OR two double beds and one king bed. The Hospitality Suite has one bedroom with two double beds, a full bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area (there are no cooking facilities in this room). We have one handicap accessible room in this building. All rooms are non-smoking and were renovated in the spring of 2001

West Building :
Located on the lake side of the property this 2-section building is one story and allows for convenient room-side parking. Rooms close to the beach (West Beach) have one king bed OR two double beds, a full bathroom, and a courtyard view. This building also contains two suites, each with two double beds, a sitting area, a full bathroom, and a partial lake view. All rooms are non-smoking and were renovated in the spring of 2000.

Lake Building :
Located on the lakeside of the property directly in front of our 400' sandy beach and gazebo beach bar, The Lake Building has both lake view rooms and courtyard view rooms. The Lake Building contains standard rooms with two double beds OR one king bed, each with a full bathroom. Our Lake Family Suite, containing one king bed and two twin beds, is conveniently located at beach level. A King Suite and Hospitality Suite, both with lake views, are also available. The Lake Building is connected to the main amenities building by an underground walkway, making for a convenient walk to our indoor pool, courtyard bistro, and Blackstone's Restaurant. We have two handicap accessible bathrooms in this building. All rooms are non-smoking and were renovated in May 1999.

General Information

RATES:

Rates are based on one or two persons per room. Additional person: $15.00 + tax per night.

TAX:

8% NH state tax is applicable to all room rates.

WEEK STAY DISCOUNTS:

Stay seven nights and get your lowest night's rate at half price. (*Excludes Suites and Deluxe Rooms)

SPECIAL EVENTS:

Rates may vary and minimum stay requirements may be set for special event periods. Please contact us for those dates.

CHILDREN FREE:

Up to 2 children under 18 years of age stay free in the same room as parents when existing bedding is used.

CHECK-IN: After 4 PM

A drivers license must be presented as proper identification upon check in.

CHECK-OUT: Before 11 AM

DEPOSITS:

To guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to one night's lodging is required. Deposit must be received when the reservation is placed. All advance deposits and credit card guarantees are credited to the last night of the reservation. Balance is due in full upon arrival. All major credit cards are accepted.

CANCELLATION:

If cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be non-refundable.
If 7 or more days advance notice is given prior to arrival, a minimum $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation policy for special event dates may vary.

EARLY DEPARTURE:

Should you leave before your reservation expires, you will be charged for all remaining days.

PETS:

The Margate does not allow pets.
